Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free express shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. All orders ship from the United States.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
30-Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
How to Return an Item

- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 5–7 business days
Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Opened products are eligible for return (we stand behind our quality)
- No restocking fees — ever
- Return shipping label is included at no cost
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your product. Simply contact us at info@puremajestypets.com and we'll arrange the exchange for you — shipping is on us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after we process the refund
- PayPal/Shop Pay: 3–5 business days
